- TPA Participation in a congress and exhibition in Cyprus on the Olympic projects of Athens 2004 Olympic Games - October 2005

On the 15 October, 2005, a particularly successful scientific meeting, based on the Olympic projects in Athens, took place.

The meeting was carried out under the protection of the Technological and Scientific Chamber of Cyprus and the Association of Cypriot Architects, and was combined with an exhibition of the Olympic projects by the members of HELLASCO.

The meeting's programme consisted of a general presentation of the Olympic Projects in Athens from Peter Petrakopoulos, an architect and member of HELLASCO's Board of Directors, while presentations of some parts of the projects also took place, after an invitation from the organisers, such as the regeneration of the bay at Faliro - work from the consulting firm of 'Thymio Papayannis and Associates Inc.' - by the architect Ivi Nanopoulou, the Hellinikon Olympic Polo complex by the architect Gregory Drettas, the Olympic Kayak-Slalom Complex by the architect Nikos Fidikakis and the Sailing Centre at Aghios Kosmas by the architect Peter Petrakopoulos.
