.: Philosophy and approach

The mission of TPA is to satisfy the needs of its clients in the most effective and efficient manner, while taking seriously into account the sustainable use of resources and the protection of the cultural and natural environment. Its approach to each project can be summarised as follows:

• Establishment of a multi-disciplinary team, with a tight organisation, that will run the project from the beginning to its completion, in close contact with the client.

• Objective and in depth analysis of:
  - the human needs the project is planned to satisfy;
  - the resources available;
  - the legal and administrative framework;
  - the environmental parameters of the project.

• Formulation of integrated proposals in the most appropriate forms (text, drawings, other graphic material, models and videos).

• Consultation on and discussion of the proposals with the client and the pertinent authorities, feedback and final approval.

• Preparation of the documentation needed for the implementation of the approved proposals.

• Monitoring or supervision of the implementation process.

• Evaluation after completion and use.
