The aims of the intervention included a sustainable approach, the respect and best use of a unique natural environment, footprint reduction, the optimal integration of building requirements, and the uninterrupted continuity between built and natural space.
Landscape Integration

The use of rough and natural materials — such as exposed stonework or plaster in earthy tones on the facades, wooden shading elements, terrazzo or ceramic floors in the interior, and exposed concrete in the exterior areas — combined with local arid-climate plants, achieves a harmonious integration of the residences into the natural landscape.
