Up to this day Lindos Blu had been receiving distinctions annually, positioning the hotel among the best Mediterranean hotels.
In 2012 and 2013, by Hot Hotels Weekly, Lindos Blu was awarded the title “Best Boutique Hotel of the World” while. In 2014 it was ranked within the 10 best hotels according to TripAdvisor’s Contest: “Travelers’ Choice Awards for Hotels”.
Besides the transparent entrance building, the mass is almost invisible from the main road that leads from the city of Rhodes to Lindos, due to the successful adaptation to the terrain, despite the size of 9,000m2 that includes 70 luxury rooms and 4 detached villas. This is achieved by placing the different building blocks in stepped levels, following the site’s extreme terrain.
The element of water functions as a backbone that connects the entire complex, traversing it from the highest to the lowest level. The minimal modern architectural design, utilizing earthy materials, such as Rhodian stone, wood, iron and glass, integrates the hotel complex harmoniously into the natural environment.
